Being a new homeowner is starting to feel like being the mouse in that one children's book...

"If you give a girl a house..."

"...she'll probably need a fridge."

"If you give a girl a fridge..."

"...she'll definitely ask for power to run it."











"If you give a girl power..."


"...she'll probably want insulated floors to keep the bill low."









"If you give a girl insulation..."
"...she'll definitely ask you to spend 2 days in the rain and a dirty crawl space to help her staple it to the floor."
